A review of the oncology under-dosing incident

Includes bibliographical references. 'This review conducted an investigation into the oncology medication under-dosing that surfaced in four Ontario hospitals and within New Brunswick. Despite the intrusive, troubling nature of this development, many clinicians and other hospital personnel worked admirably in quickly meeting and largely overcoming this challenge. Evidence supports the view that the hospitals performed well in this crisis.
